At Kate and Cameron Lazaroff-Puck's wedding rehearsal dinner, their nephew Titus was served lobster, but it was alive! He wanted to eat it, but the chef insisted it was his pet and he would get to eat another one. "But I want to eat this one," Titus muttered.
Ran into my favorite Seattle caterers the other day. From the vodka gimlets to the Cuban pork sandwiches to whatever those walnut fig appetizers were, the best. And they sent me home with a doggie bag! I've been a fan ever since I worked with them a year-and-a-half ago at the Campions' event hosting President Obama.
Seattle area personal chef Aubrey Jenkins Instagrammed this shot from a beautiful backyard wedding this summer. Her meal was so delicious! I'm anxious to show off a Food gallery once I'm all caught up and able to focus on updating the site outside of the blog.
Ran into Seattle's celebrity restauranteer Tom Douglas (whom I did a small gig for this summer) at Costco while getting new tires for my old Corolla, and so when I returned to the studio I looked him up to see if any of the images had been used, and there they are. Cool!
